Ortamix is a music service for businesses such as cafés, restaurants, shops, hair salons and hotels. You set up playlists and the daily schedule in the panel, the music plays on the device in your venue, and you show the license certificate with its QR code during inspections.

How it works

Music in three steps

  1. Set it up in the panel

    Add your branches, pick ready-made playlists or build your own. Calm in the morning, lively at noon: set a schedule and volume by time of day.

  2. Play on a device

    An Android TV box, an Android phone or tablet, or a Windows computer. The device downloads tracks in advance; if the internet drops, it keeps playing what it has downloaded.

  3. Show it during inspections

    Each branch gets a license certificate with a QR code. Scanning the code opens an Ortamix page showing that the certificate is valid.

See what is playing from anywhere

One device plays at the branch; your phone, your computer and the panel all show the same "now playing". Skip, like, change the volume or switch the playlist: the command goes straight to the device that is playing.

  • One device plays per branch at a time; the other devices act as remotes.
  • Tap "Play on this device" on another device and the music moves there.
  • Your staff manage the music at their own branches; reports and team settings stay with you.

Everything your venue needs for music

  • Ready-made and custom playlists

    Playlists prepared by genre, tempo and mood. Block a track you do not want and it will not play again.

  • Schedule by time of day

    Playlist and volume by day and time slot. The schedule runs in the branch's own time zone.

  • Announcements

    Upload your own recording or type the text and let Ortamix voice it (in the Plus plan). Pick the times and it plays between tracks.

  • License certificate

    A certificate with a QR code for each branch (PDF). Put it up in the venue or show it on your phone during inspections.

  • Play history and reports

    Which track played at which branch and when; skipped and liked tracks. Download as CSV.

  • Team

    Add branch staff; each one manages the music only at the branches they are assigned to.

Catalogue

Every track has a rights record

The Ortamix catalogue consists of Disparco's own productions and works whose rights have been granted to Disparco Music. For every track, the composer, lyricist, performer and producer and the usage permission are on record.

A track with an incomplete rights record does not enter the catalogue and is not played.
